Introduction

Hello. My name is Nick Fee. I am the Vice president and senior project manager here at O’Leary Renovations Inc. We specialize in kitchen and bathroom remodels, along with room additions and ADUs. We do residential remodeling A to Z and no project is too big or too small! We are a family owned and operated business. My step- father Mike O’Leary and I have been working together since I was a kid. Mike has been in the cabinet industry for over 40 years and we have been remodeling homes together for the past 20 years. We both live here in Milpitas and have great references all over Milpitas and the Bay Area. We really enjoy helping people bring their ideas and concepts to life and the best part of our job is seeing our customers excited about the finished product.

O’Leary Renovations has always done excellent work for us. Among other things, they rebuilt our entire kitchen including the structural floor and subfloor after a flood. Tile floors, cabinets, countertops walls, ceiling, lighting, electrical, plumbing… they did a great job on everything at a great price. They had all the expertise to help us make all the necessary decisions to design and build our new kitchen.
