These guys The Computer Mechanic are awesome! I had over a dozen older desktop and laptop computers that needed cleaning and upgrades. The Computer Mechanics met me on time, worked many more hours that anticipated over a couple days but still charged me the fixed price they had quoted me. In addition to being knowledgeable, professional, punctual and responsive, they have the rare quality of being honest. For example, one of my laptops had a bad drive. They offered to go and buy a hard drive, bring it in, and install it for a very reasonable fee, so that I could then sell the used laptop. They bought the new drive, came to my office and spent some time installing the new drive. We then found out that the laptop had other issues and would not be fixed with new hard drive. I expected that they would at least charge me for their time and gas money to go and buy the hard drive and the time they spent to install it, etc. But instead, they did not charge me a penny for that task, put the laptop back together and drove back and returned the hard drive; they did all this without having been paid any monies up front! SO.. if you are looking for the best possible value for your technical needs and do not want to waste your time, simply call The Computer Mechanic guys!
