- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are the most cost-effective interior exterior painting contracting company and what sets us apart is our price match program.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually we begin with a phone conversation to schedule a walkthrough to look at the project and talk about colors. Second we send via email an estimate. If the estimate is approved by the Client we then send them the Contract an the work begins when scheduled.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I Luke Monson have over 25 years experience in the painting industry and all our field technicians obtain many years experience as well.
