- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am $80 per hour for my time diagnosing your issue. I figure that into the billing and start with that. For what I do it is quite reasonable considering my level of excellence is beyond compare. I make sure things are fixed right the FIRST time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always upgrading my knowledge. It is an ever continuing process as technology and needs change. The only constant in technology is change.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have a love for helping users through the rough times. If I don't immediately know the answer I will find the answer and help the user through. I don't quit until I get the solution.
