I moved into a new house which had a pool, I’ve never had a pool before, I was concerned that it was green because it needed costly new equipment, and that it possibly needed the entire pool drained and refilled with freshwater, but I was pleased to find out from the Radiant techs that I just simply needed to have my filter cleaned, with the right chemistry in the water and some extra chlorine and algae treatment, nothing else too major - my pool bounced back to blue in just a matter of days! Without spending an arm and a leg. Thank you.

I’ve had Pool guys in the past who didn’t text or call me back, but I have found Radiant to be responsive. That’s a big plus for me. Yes it’s also about cleaning the pool well but I’ve noticed it’s also important that the poolman is responsive to questions and needs.

My neighbor first told me about Andrew and his small team, they use a clarifier that made the water look more electric, but they don’t charge extra for it, it’s just part of the monthly service. Also, I noticed when they clean my filter, they always send photos to prove the work was done.
Anyhow, my wife and I have found him to always return our texts or emails or calls, and I have had a good experience. I will admit, much better than some of my prior pool guys lol

We will email you once a month with the monthly invoice and give you plenty of different payment options. Also if you refer a neighbor or friend, we will give you 50% off the next month’s service!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call or text us and either my manager or I will meet you and let you know how we work our magic!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
CPO certified, that stands for certified pool operator, which can only be granted with classes and passing exams. Also, every year we go to the biggest pool and spa trade show and class seminars in the world, based in Long Beach. We attend every year learning about chemistry and the keeping up-to-date with new equipment, new technologies, and changes in the industry.
