-Beginner yoga focuses on proper alignment, pose modifications, strength building, and focused breathing.
-Senior yoga works to increase muscular strength, endurance, flexibility, stamina, lung capacity, and overall wellness.
-Prenatal yoga is a gentle "flow" class focusing on breath and body awareness to help relieve the aches and pains of pregnancy and provide deep relaxation.
-Postpartum yoga is designed to follow the natural healing path of a womanÂs body after giving birth.
-Kids yoga teaches basic poses and mindful movement, breathing activities, share circles, laughter yoga, partner yoga, and cooperative learning activities.
I also offer vinyasa flow classes for those who have been practicing vinyasa yoga for more than a year. This class focuses on synchronizing breath with movement while building heat, endurance, flexibility, strength, and mental focus.

I am also a doTERRA Wellness Advocate offering in-home or online demonstrations where I discuss the many benefits of essential oils and how to use them in your daily life. I also sell doTERRA products, and can sponsor and mentor those interested in becoming a d?TERRA Wellness Advocate.
