I hired Santiago Jr. from Thumbtack because I was looking to get my house painted and some damaged wood work done. He immediately bid & offered the BEST rate for the Job. We spoke and planned for a house visit so that I could discuss what I wanted done and what he could actually do. We met again for the walk thru and again to select my colors. They came and prepped the house along with power washing it, then returned the very next day to begin the work.Once it was completed, they advised me to contact them for anything I saw out of place & they would return to fix, which they did do (some touch-ups) I must say, they brought my vision to life and I love my new paint and wood repair. They were fair in pricing, very professional, punctual, kind & open to my ideas and did everything that I requested as part of the job. We met approximately 1-2 months in advance of the job. Santiago Jr. came to my home to do a walk-thru and we signed a contract to begin the work. I have already given out their company info to neighbors interested in getting their home painted, once they saw mine. l & would definitely use their services for any future projects. Thanks Santiago and Santiago Sr.
