I needed some deep cleaning done on three bathrooms and I was in a huge hurry to have it done within a week. I submitted my request and Krysteena answered with a quote within minutes. I was shocked that I had a response so fast. I needed the work done on a holiday weekend, and I really didn’t think that would be able to happen. But Krysteena magically fit me into her schedule at a time that was good for me. She was super easy to correspond with and answered all my questions. She arrived on time and got right to work. Krysteena was very friendly and professional and most importantly, she left my bathrooms spotless and sparkling! One of the bathrooms had mildew stains on the ceiling, and she even helped me figure out how to get them removed. We have dogs and they were curious about what she was doing during the process, and she was really sweet with them. Overall, I am extremely impressed with Krysteena’s cleaning, the value for the price, and the great customer service… I will be using her in the future and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for some help. Thank you Krysteena.

We full heartedly recommend Kay’s Cleaning. We loved working with Krysteena! She is truly an awesome person to work with and made our home sparkle and smell amazing.

Not only was she capable of helping us out on short notice during the holidays, she was flexible with her pricing, punctual, she was communicative, and just had great energy overall.

On top of that, she did a great job cleaning our home. She even went above and beyond by vacuuming our room when we said she didn’t have to and putting in the extra effort to get rid of stains and marks we thought would never go away.

She is professional, friendly, and reasonable. We couldn’t recommend her more and we know exactly who to reach out to should we need help again.

Krysteena worked incredibly hard to make sure our house was spotless. She was on time, very nice and did an amazing job. Our shower is sparkling, our floors are clean and shiny and she didn't leave until she had gotten every spot and smudge. We will absolutely hire her again.
