We have been going through the process to purchase our first home with Joe. From working with our lender to Property selection, the level of service has been nothing short of stellar. He is very responsive and he has been diligent in helping us find the perfect home for us. As an added bonus Joe is very knowledgeable in real estate, and he also has a background in construction. His construction background has helped us quite a bit in understanding what Expenses we might also incur to fix things that may need attention while looking at properties. He has also spent a lot of time getting to know us and what our needs are. With our budget, looking for the perfect property in the east bay has become a challenge and Joe has done nothing more than exceed our expectations.
