The installer showed up on time and the jobs was completed within an hour. Completed meaning tv mounted and mess cleaned up

Recently relocated from Boston to sunny Walnut Creek CA. Moving and getting settled in can be a daunting task as many of you are aware. I was in need of two flat screens to be professionally mounted and all the wires phised down through the wall. Through Thumbtack, I received several quotes quickly, each ranging in price. Once I received the quotes, I called each point of contact to get a feel for their professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to accommodate my schedule. I decided on TechSmart7 because Michael Oneal was a straight shooter and excited to have my business. He was among the more expensive options, however I learned long ago that you get what you pay for. He confirmed a schedule, arrived on time and kept me updated throughout his day on his status. He and his associate, Ray were pleasant and efficient in their work. Mike and Ray were respectful of our belonging and went above and beyond to clean in and around their working area. I would highly recommend TS7, Mike was a class act and worth every penny!!

We take the time to gather all the information pertaining to the project at hand. Such as Reviewing photos of the project area(s.), Personally speaking with the Perspective Client/Client to get a Detailed description of Services needed. We conduct a review with the Perspective Client/Client on Our Services and Cost(s) and then establish a date and time for Installation.
