- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first session comes at a discounted price and consist of a consultation as well as a short workout to give you a better understanding of the way I train.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always put health and fitness as a top priority in my life. I strive to be the best me I can be for myself and for my family, exercising is one of the ways I do that and helps with my anxiety, stress and gives me confidence. Personal training has given me a way to help others feel great about themselves on the inside and out.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of body sizes and fitness levels ages ranging anywhere from 18-60. I’ve also worked with women in their postpartum journey as well
