- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not. Every job we encounter has it's own unique solution.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We asses the problems they are concerned about and determine if there is something that actually needs to be done. In other words, sometimes people are simply worried about their roof, gutters, etc. and we will be able to provide peace of mind if there is no actual issue. However, if there is an issue, then after a free estimate, we ask for no money down and simply that the work contract be signed. Once that occurs, WE are working for YOU. From there, it is only a matter of time until the work is completed. Any issues after that will be tended to by us as well, i.e. if there is a small leak, something doesn't look right, etc. These small re-visits are always free. That is rare, but it does happen from time to time, and we will not leave you hanging in the wind because of something we did wrong. Our quality is our pride.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Tom Garvey has been in the roofing business for over 30 years. He started at the bottom and has worked his way to the position of owning is own roofing company.
