Brett responded to the request for a leak in the sprinkler system. He was awesome in his timing. He went out the same day, traveling 30 miles one way to provide an estimate. He also diagnosed an issue with the stove for us on the same call-out. He returned to the property the next day to complete the repair and my tenants were satisfied with the work and his timing. His pricing was fair and very reasonable. I will be hiring him again in the future!

Can't speak for Brett's complete yard service, but he has made several repairs for me, both of which stumped me, my gardener, and a guy I hired before I met Brett. When I had a semi-emergency, Brett squeezed me in after his regular work and fixed the problem quickly. Brett's prices are reasonable and he has been honest with me. As a bonus, he offers suggestions on other possible problems while he fixes what is broken. Good guy and very knowledgeable.
