Introduction: I am a therapeutic massage therapist who cares about the client's needs. I specialize in a number of different massage techniques, such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, hot stone and therapeutic massage. I also specialize in some Thai, reflexology, shiatsu and pregnancy massage. Swedish is making long, smooth strokes, kneading and circular movements on superficial layers of muscle. Deep tissue massage targets the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. Hot stone makes use of heated, smooth stones which are placed on certain points on the body to warm and loosen tight muscles in the body. Sports is combination of Swedish and deep tissue along with stretches. Therapeutic is combination of all massage modalities.
