- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Minimum labor charge of $20 for diagnosis estimate cost, upgrade and troubleshooting, diagnostics and recommendation of action. For a clock battery or reset forgotten password, $5 plus what I paid Thumbtack to quote. I also make offers to buy and take away end of support old "dinosaur" laptops (Customer can keep the old hard drive for data) and electronic waste.

I am Computer Technology Industry Association A+ certified and Network + certified. I also have Microsoft certifications. I have an associate degree in Electronics Sales and Service from a leading trade school.
