Introduction: I am CompTIA A+ Certified with five years of PC and Apple computer experience. I have successfully fixed many computers. I have successfully bid for laptops that people want to sell as is, fixed and upgraded them, load an operating system, and sold them online. I also accept electronic waste for recycling. I have a trade school degree in Electronics Sales and Service. The challenge of fixing computers. I enjoy watching problems and issues solved or workaround found at reasonable prices. If the computer costs more to fix than to replace or it only will run unsupported old operating system like XP or Vista or OSX earlier than Mavericks, I do take the old computer to a e-waste recycling center if customer does not want to keep it. The customer will get an USB enclosure for housing the old computer hard drive to archive and get data files to the newer computer.

He needs to call his customers if he's running late. I had an appointment with him at 4 and not so much as a call from him. I called him and he stated he was running late. When he was analyzing my issue, he was pretty much trying to trouble shoot issues that I had already tried. Then he tried to sell me on something I didn't care for, another hard drive. When the issue was not resolved he demanded a $10 tip. We were at Starbucks, but I just told him I'd get him a coffee. When I gave him the constructive criticism of calling customers if he's running late, he gave the excuse that he thought my hard drive was another brand, which had zero to do with his lack of punctuality. In addition, he needs to brush up on his soft skills of learning how to talk with customers. He can come across as rude and aggressive. I'll never use this tech again.
