The owner of T3 Construction guided me through the process and the result was a door that did not look like a conversion, rather a purchased dutch door. To keep my existing door to preserve the architecture integrity of my custom home was important. Their considerations successfully met my needs and saved me hundreds of dollars. I confirmed the day of and when I talk to customer service rep, I said can you please remind the tech this is a rental, tenants will be there and if he needs me I can come. He said to me in a rude tone “I wish you would have told me this before”. I said, well I thought I did, but didn’t think it was a big deal. I did hear from Zach. He was not told it was a rental, but was good. He called me, told me what was wrong and cost. He fixed the door the tenants were happy. He called me and took payment. I was very pleased with Zach. It was just that one rep who I thought could have had a better attitude. But, since the work was good and they came as they said they would, I would use them again."See more
