- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you are a veteran, or first responder, we offer a 10% discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Fast replies, communication and transparency. We are always proud of our work and our customers always agree. We take as long as necessary and take pictures of every gutter, and downspout. We scrape and scoop any debris and then completely wash off the nearby roof area and gutters so you won’t have to see us again for at least a year. Keeping customers happy is our goal so they will contact us again. We take pride in being the most reliable contractors you might ever meet.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My main worker went to trade school for construction and obtained my bachelors in economics in 2022.
