- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts on 12 hour lock outs. The room rentals are per hour fees without in-house engineers. If you need a in-house engineer to record your session that is an additional $25 per hour fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally we speak to client prior to booking to make sure we cover all their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our engineers have experience working in the industry on several independent and major label projects.
