- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No Deposit No Balloons! We do charge a travel fee for anything outside of a 15 mile radious.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process depends on the type of decor needed. It usually goes; ·Initial contact with event details (date, location, theme). Show client what I have done in the theme or close to theme. ·Choose a design that best works with theme. ·Meet up with client / view event space (If needed, if not we skip to next step) ·Send invoice/recieve deposit (No deposit No event!) ·1 week before event speak w/client and confirm set up time, decor and colors. ·Show up rhe day of event and do our job in the quickest most efficient way possible.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with all types of customers. From small intimate simple events to large lavish parties. We provide balloon decor for all occasions and treat each event as if it where our own.
