Louis at Monkey Wrench was able to provide me several different repair/replace options and talk me through each of them before deciding how best to solve a hot waterheater pilot light problem. He was thorough and honest about pros/cons for each option. Once we decided on solution, he was able to coordinate a new install for the same appointment without us having to reschedule another date/time. The install was completed successfully on same day. He was great to work with.

Monkey Wrench technicians replaced a failing tankless waterheater with a new one at my house. The person who diagnosed the problem showed me what was happening with the old unit and explained my options. The next day, two technicians removed the old unit and installed the new one.
