Two years ago, we received a call from a potential customer who received 3 different roof quotes for complete tear-off and roof replacement. There was a lot of water damage inside her unit however, due to the age of the roof she questioned why the roof was in need of replacement. During our inspection, we discovered an improper sheet metal detail over the atrium/window. We redesigned the detail and included a water-test to make sure the roof was watertight. To date no roof leaks have returned. She is another satisfied OM Roofing Inc customer!
