- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was laid off as an school teacher- the gym was my stress management cure. I would see so many athletes that were asking questions about bands and crossfit training. Some of them like what I was doing and ask to train with me and then offered to pay me, because I was as detailed, as the team trainers.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with professional athletes and regular working professionals, my fitness goals depends on what the client wants to achieve.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I had a semi- pro football player, that needed more agility and stronger core. We put in nutritional strategies and focused more on his agility and flexiabilties drills. He is currently seeling tryouts for NFL teams now.
