Introduction: I do the work from start-to-finish so that I can ensure the customer's are happy and get what they want and ask for. Ninety-nine percent of other glass companies have sales reps that are not hands-on and have limited knowledge of the details of installation. I have a passion for what I do which is why I decided to start my own company, and perform installations on the jobsite the way that I know from experience is best. It's easy to see the difference in the quality of work after the job is complete. You won't have to call me back and you'll get exactly what you ask for.
I like working for myself. It gives me more control over quality. I love doing installations. I'm not a fan of office and sales but Iv'e had to take on more roles after starting my own business. I like being able to meet and talk with interesting customers. It's inspiring seeing the inside of so many beautiful homes. Mostly, I like to see my customer's smile when they're happy with the work that Iv'e completed.

Ken was such a pleasure to work with. He was more than patient with us and did a spectacular job installing two shower doors in our new home. We will be asking Ken to do a lot more work in the future.

Custom windows installed, French Doors Re-Hung, Doors Replaced. Ken did a great job and on time as promised and within our budget. Clean, Professional, Detail Oriented, Fair Pricing, Good Personality, Took great pride in work. Patiently answered all questions. Will have him back again. Ken is a true professional! The hinge on my glass shower door failed and caused a piece of glass to come off the shower door on a Friday night. I called numerous places trying to find someone to fix this fast. Ken returned the call promptly and worked around his schedule to fit me in on a Saturday. He showed up promptly with help. Explained exactly what it would cost and didn't charge over even though he spent a few minutes trouble shooting the other hinge. He really knows his business, we exceptionally courteous, clean and fairly priced!
