- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard of pricing is to be reasonable obviously not everybody is loaded with money so I am aware and depending on cost of material and equipment I based my other costs such as labor with particular flat rate however discounts are available according to such things as level of ease or or lack of difficulty.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whatever the service maybe I'd like to introduce myself speak to the customer for a while answer any questions they may have I want my potential customer to feel comfortable with me and to feel that may be a long term business relationship can be developed with trust and respect
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20 years of heating and air conditioning experience along with various types of ventilation needs Commercial Residential construction new construction remodels restaurants auto dealerships 20 years of customer service 20 years of supervisory experience
