- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 5 years professional experience as an Information Technology Systems Technician for such businesses such as Big 5, Sam's Club, Staples, Walmart,and the school district of Riverside, and Perris to name a few. I am an electronics engineer who enjoys tinkering and troubleshooting all sorts of electronics. I have also attended a vocational college program as a computer systems technician for a year and received my A+ degree. The A+ is an IT industry standard certification for people who troubleshoot, diagnose, and fix computers, networks and mobile systems.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing this work as a hobby when I was 16 because of my curiosity to learn more about computers and technology.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked supporting end users from all walks of life from managerial staff / faculty, cashiers, lawyers, pharmacists, and consumers in their homes either remotely or in person in such settings as retail businesses, offices,and school districts.
