I enjoy connecting with people and in the process of fixing someone's computer issues, maybe taking the stress out of somebody's day and making them happy so they can go about completing what they need to.

Arnoldo is excellent at what he does. A true young professional with a promising career. He listened to my requests and really made an effort to get as much information as possible to diagnose the problem. I sent him a video of what I thought was wrong and he watched it and actually used the method of repair that I had requested to fix my MacBook. He picked up and delivered my laptop and it was fixed when it was returned to me. Turn around time 3 days. Thanks Arnoldo for great work and attention to detail. Great soldering work.

Awesome service! Went above and beyond to address the issues I had with my computer. He was able to recover some very important files I needed right away even with my hard drive failing .. It also only took less then a week to have the new hard drive orders , installed and upgraded to windows 10. Thank you for a great job and reasonable price. I would recommend him to anyone.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 5 years professional experience as an Information Technology Systems Technician for such businesses such as Big 5, Sam's Club, Staples, Walmart,and the school district of Riverside, and Perris to name a few. I am an electronics engineer who enjoys tinkering and troubleshooting all sorts of electronics. I have also attended a vocational college program as a computer systems technician for a year and received my A+ degree. The A+ is an IT industry standard certification for people who troubleshoot, diagnose, and fix computers, networks and mobile systems.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing this work as a hobby when I was 16 because of my curiosity to learn more about computers and technology.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked supporting end users from all walks of life from managerial staff / faculty, cashiers, lawyers, pharmacists, and consumers in their homes either remotely or in person in such settings as retail businesses, offices,and school districts.
