Kaitlyn took Rocky for a board and train for 4 weeks and he has learned so much obedience! The whole process was very transparent, kaitlyn sent daily updates and videos of his progress + taught me a ton of valuable games & fundamentals so I can continue to help him progress! Such a wonderful experience

At first everything was great, she was very on top of calling me and making an appointment with me for my dog. Then, the appointment day came and she no call no showed me… didn’t give me a message until the next day. Then when I let her know I’d like to cancel any future appointments, she never responded to me.
Details: 2 - 10 years old • Large (41 - 70 lbs) • Private lessons • Aggressive behavior modification • Barking • Biting • At the pro’s location • My home, venue, etc.

I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with your experience, Ali. As I stated in my message, I got stuck out of town due to an unforeseen emergency and did not have service; hence the no call no show. I reached out to you as soon as I had service, but again had to drive through open desert where there was no service. I do not make a habit of flaking; I understand how frustrating it can be and am disappointed I was not able to reach out in an appropriate fashion. Again I apologize for the miscommunication and wish you the best in your training journey.
