My sons and I tried assembling these swivel rocking chairs from Broyhill. The instructions and tools were very poor, the chairs we put together were very unstable. Haven't used them since we purchased them in June. Had the idea to maybe hire a handyman for help, and we connected with Daniel. He was great! He quickly evaluated the issue and fixed both chairs in less than an hour! Now we can enjoy our patio furniture. Good thing we live in sunny So Cal! 🌞

I hired Daniel and DM Maintenance to assemble three pieces of furniture (sofa, dining table & recliner) and to haul away two old items. First, he responded immediately to my inquiry, gave me a firm quote, and then arrived promptly the next day with his tool kit. Secondly, he and his partner were extremely professional, polite, warm, & quick workers. They did an excellent job and only left when they'd cleaned up every bit of trash, with the floor clean. I'll definitely use him for any other tasks I need done and I'd recommend him to others wholeheartedly.

Daniel did an amazing job installing a TV for my grandparents. He was never pushy and gave us many options. Also considering how far he had to drive and how much work we had him do, this was a great price. We practically gave him opportunities to rip us off and get more money from us but he never took the bait because he is just an honest and trustworthy dude. A+++
