We prefer flat rate charges for specified task or repairs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is fairly simple. Step 1. Schedule for an estimate. Step 2. Work through scheduling and deposit once estimate is approved. Step 3. Schedule repairs/upgrades, complete repair/upgraded. Step 4. Close project and final payments. Step 5. Customer post reviews.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Before starting J&S Handyman Services in 2017, I have worked for over 20 years for a diverse range of organizations, including Masonite, RSI Cabinet Solutions, Victors Electric, Litehouse Electric. We are no stranger to home improvements, remodels, and renovations, having spent over 20 years in the home improvement industry. We have more than 2 years of electrical experience in commercial and residential, 2 years in cabinet manufacturing, and over 10 years in millwork experience.
