I explained to Tony that the previous home inspector I hired gave me a 12 page home inspection report which did not really give me a full picture when I've seen other reports that are 60+ pages. The previous inspector only did a crawl space inspection and did not go on the roof, Tony did check the roof as well. Tony was a lot more thorough with his inspection, showing me where he detected moisture and humidity in the bathrooms on his detectors. The previous inspector did not bring these tools with him. He was able to give me a detailed report with issues he saw and the recommended fixes.
