Elisa did a move out clean for me & was very detailed. She was very communicative & wanted to make sure that I was happy. She also helped me by pointing out things that may need to be fixed or replaced that I had not noticed just to make sure to recieve my Security Deposit back.

Well, she was very nice but, my house was never cleaned by Elisa. First she had to cancel because she was up all night from being sick. I understood that and she had the entire weekend to recover from that but, she never contacted me again to reschedule my cleaning. I finally wrote her today on Tuesday to see if she was still interested in my project. She then told me her toe was feeling better. I knew nothing about her toe. What? She offered to clean our home tomorrow after her court date. I had already told her last week that I was having a medical test done then and, would not be available. Her next dates for cleaning would be Nov 20 or 21. I put in for this project on Oct 24. Thanksgiving is the 22nd and I am having surgery on the 28th. Unfortunately, I had to close this project and reopen a new one to hire a new person.

New customers will get a set price and questions to give an accurate quote. If you hire me as a regular then the price will be reduced.

I began working for a professional company five years ago but have always cleaned for my own family and help my Mom when I am visiting her. Thru the years working with others I found out some different ways and products to help clean proficiently and accurately.
