My wife and I appreciate the quick response and the excellent service the house cleaner did at our home. The home was just after remodeling which had a lot of construction dust and left over small debris. She got into the nook and crannies to clean and the home looked amazing! Our dog also approves. lol

The second time I'm using TidyUp. Previously used them to deep clean when we moved in. They were okay and cleaning was good. Used them again today for a normal clean, great job!

I'm very thankful for the service provided being provided so quickly. However, I am a little disappointed. I requested a deep clean, and then when the ladies got to my house, I was informed I needed a deeper clean, okay, that was fine, more money. I realize they were very tired as it was the evening but with paying more money I would have expected the baseboards to be all cleaned, my art work on my walls to be wiped down, the cobwebs to be wiped off the walls, fans wiped down etc. I don't mind paying for the service, but I do expect it to be fully completed correctly even if it's late in the evening.

Hi Elyse, I’m sorry the service didn’t go as planned. The ladies tried their best with the service changing upon arrival. However, I see that some areas you mentioned are included in the deep clean and they should’ve been done. We offer a 48 hour guarantee on our work and if not satisfied we send the provider again to check their work and redo missed areas. Even though it’s been longer than that, we are willing to fix our mistake. Please let me know if I can send the provider to clean the cobwebs, dust the ceiling fan, and clean the baseboards. Please feel free to message me or text me and we can set that up for you.
