Hi, I've been being trained by Clyde now for several months and in that time I've seen a big change in my body. When I had my first session with Clyde he spent a bit of time finding out what I was trying to accomplish, he then put a plan in place and since I have been very happy my results! He has also given me some great insight into dietary needs and how to eat properly for the best result possibly along with training I have got pretty close to where I want to be. With a bit more time and Clyde insight and guidance I will get there. I've been very happy with Clyde and his knowledge in guiding me to my goals, I would and have recommended Clyde for all of your training and nutrition needs!!

In January 2017 I weighed in at 231. I signed up for a BJJ tournament and had to get down to 218 for my weight class. Jen put together a nutrition and training plan that got me down to 214 the day of the tournament at the end of March. That's 17lbs in 3 months. Jen customized the plan to my needs and body composition. Jen realized I needed more carbs than I thought due to my training schedule and I wasn't eating enough calories. Jen got it all dialed in and I couldn't have been happier with her service.
My experience with Jacobo has been wonderful! Prior to working with Jacobo I had been working out on my own and was making very little progress. Cutting right to the chase, beginning personal training with Brittney Reyna(Reign Athletics) at Self Made Training Facility is one of the best decisions I have ever made. I am 34 years old and at no point in my life have I ever looked as good, felt as good or had as much confidence as I do now. I had been wanting get in shape for a long time but had no clue where to begin. I didn't know what exercises to do, what to eat or what gym would be a good fit for me. That's when I found Brittney and Self Made Training Facility. Training with Brittney is like being on a two person team. She cares just as much about my fitness goals as I do. Brittney has a genuine love for her profession and it shows. Whatever exercise we are doing she makes sure my form is correct and always pushes me to my limit to get the most out of the exercise. Brittney also keeps the exercises varied and challenging to get the best results. She always addresses any questions or concerns I have even on days we aren't training. Then there's the food. Brittney ensures I am getting proper nutrition with a custom made meal plan. The meal plan is easy to follow and made up of foods I enjoy. She changes and adjusts the plan as necessary to keep me on track. Brittney has been a great instructor, motivator and ally in my fitness journey. I have a ways to go yet to reach my goal but I have every confidence I will get there with her help. I couldn't ask for more. As far as the facility, Self Made Training Facility has all of the equipment you expect to find in a top notch gym and everything is clean and well maintained. The atmosphere, however, is what really sets Self Made apart from other gyms. Every time I come in I see other happy, energetic clients being pushed, motivated and encouraged towards their fitness goals by their trainers. Everyone is friendly, upbeat and positive. Its a place you want to be at, not have to be at. So there you have it, Brittney(IG @ReignandGain) and Self Made are the real deal, 100 out of 100. My only regret is not starting sooner!
Josh always kicks my behind. I love that he constantly switches up the workouts. During this past year of training with him he’s taught me proper weight-lifting form, helped strengthen my core, improve my balance, flexibility and posture. He’s definitely improved my self-esteem as well. I’m grateful that he’s able to share his knowledge on fitness and nutrition with me. I honestly complain about every single workout because I’m a big cry baby but he always manages to motivate me to finish all my sets. Once he trains you, you will notice results immediately. I highly recommend his training!
I first started working with Colleen seven years ago. She helped me understand nutrition better and took the time to teach me how to get fit, stay in shape, and make fitness a part of my lifestyle. I worked with her 3-4 times a week for twelve weeks and felt better than I had ever felt in my life. After working with Colleen I felt that I had the knowledge and skills to train properly and safely on my own. More than five years after I first worked with Colleen, I had my first baby and found it difficult to get back in shape with all of the new changes in my life. I found Colleen, and again, after twelve weeks I was back in shape and had made fitness a part of my life again. I have worked with at least four other trainers in two states, and none of them compare to Colleen. She is passionate about health and fitness and is strong and sincere in doing her part to help her clients reach their goals (she even checked in on me when she had a personal emergency and was out of town). Colleen is honest and extraordinarily professional (she keeps track of sessions and is always on time). I firmly believe that the money I spent on training with Colleen is by far the best money I have ever spent. She has made a big impact on my health and personal well-being and I use the things she has taught me several times a week at the gym on my own. I have received many compliments on my form and know it is due to training with Colleen.
Doug is my personal trainer two times per week. He was highly recommended by my daughter. We work on upper body on one day and lower body the second day. Doug takes the time to listen to what you want to work on. He also spots your weaknesses and trains those areas first. He stated that is to create a foundation to build on! That's something we can all relate to. He has shown me some excellent stretches to do in between to alleviate the soreness. Doug knows and understands the body and nutrition to take you to the next level. I've noticed a difference in my posture and strength already. Thank you Doug!

Mr. Rodgers Personal Training has excellent customer service. The thing i was impress with the most was how Sean helped from being a newbie to where i feel comfortable going into any gym and using my knowledge to workout. Before i just used cardio machine now i break it down. Oh and Sean is huge on nutrition and removing the words "I can't" out of your vocabulary. Definitelygive him a try especially if you are a newbie like i was.
