I cannot tell you enough how great it was to have Chi as our wedding coordinator! Everything we talked about, she followed through, and then some. Chi was always accessible through email, text or phone call, and always answered any questions or concerns that I had. On the day of my wedding, Chi took care of everything and organized everyone. My only job on my wedding day, was to enjoy the moment. So very happy to have her as my wedding coordinator!!! All our guests even commented on how well organized the wedding was, and how great our wedding coordinator was.

Planning a wedding during a pandemic is filled with a variety of challenges. We have 3 venue changes and didn’t lock in our last venue until 1 week before the big day. We did not know the hurdles that would surface leading up to our wedding day, but Chi went above and beyond in making sure everything was effortless. Whether it was coordinating with last minute vendor bookings or running to the store for us to grab sparklers, Chi supported us the day she was hired and went out of her way to take some of the burden off of us. She made our lives so much easier! The day of, she not only had a mapped out timeline, table numbers with name tags, but was also on the phone giving instructions and guidance to people who were lost, etc. Chi ended up taking on a lot more of a much heavier lift then we anticipated. There were a lot of unexpected challenges with planning a wedding amidst a pandemic and we had some sticky situations pop up with our venue, but Chi worked really hard (& succeeded) in making sure everything went so smoothly and beautifully. I appreciate not only her commitment to making sure everything went flawless, but also appreciate how she exhibited it all with kindness and grace in taking on much more than we originally agreed to. She was really patient and took on more than we asked so that we could have the wedding of our dreams. She was responsive, professional, and an excellent trouble shooter when hurdles came up. Not only that, she was incredibly kind and patient throughout the entire time. Hiring Chi was one of the best decisions we made! We hiring recommend her!

The best wedding planner you can ask for! She goes above and beyond. Found all my vendors for half the price! And organized everything under one month. She is what you need for your day! You won’t have to worry about anything. I was smiling through out my wedding. Honestly the best and worth every dime!! Also she is so organized and ready for any changes
