Introduction: Dear prospective students,
¡Hola! I am from Peru, which is where I started my career in teaching. For nearly eight years I taught Spanish as a Second Language to American young adults who were preparing to serve Spanish-speaking missions in South America.
Additionally, I was a Spanish editor. Through producing and editing countless Spanish magazines, pamphlets, articles, interviews, and ads, I developed great attention to detail and excelled in the correct and elegant use of the Spanish language. I also worked as an Advertising Manager and Marketing Manager for several educational institutions.
Lately, I have worked as a Spanish Instructor for Language Bird in Los Angeles. During that time, I taught students and career professionals from the basic, intermediate and advanced levels of Spanish. I also taught Spanish for the U.S. Air Force. Currently, I'm working as a Second Language Instructor at ROSS Distribution Center teaching Conversational Spanish to Managers and Supervisors.
As a tutor in Spanish, I am able to share my experiences and use my skills in order to help students achieve their goals. I am very capable of adapting and customizing lessons to fit your learning style. I would be able to help you develop your Spanish language skills in the areas of reading comprehension, writing, grammar, listening and speaking.
