the sealant was never applied to finish the project, which I paid for. they started the project the day after it was scheduled, so I had to work from home the day they came to work. I had a full day's worth of calls and when he asked me to look at the work I was in between calls and did not realize they did not seal the project until at the end of my day when I had a chance to go back outside. he then proceeds to blame me for not calling it out when I looked at the work, as if it's my job to keep him honest about job completion.
Regardless I've attached photos of the conversation with the vendor for work that I paid for that still has not been done. I even asked when he intended to come back out to finish the job and no answer. the job still has not been done and he's been fully paid.
