I hired Chef Rocco to give my 17 and 18 year old nieces a cooking lesson. He was informative, fun and interactive. The dishes we made were delicious and easy. He showed us proper knife skills and good kitchen organization. I would definitely recommend Chef Rocco for cooking lessons or as a private chef for your next party!

Chef Rocco was a joy to work with! He was very responsive while we were planning the dinner and he was professional and fun during the private dinner for friends. If you want extremely delicious Italian food he is a great choice!

Chef Rocco was amazing to work with. He traveled to a home my family were staying at and cooked the most memorable dinner to help us celebrate my parents' 40th anniversary. He is passionate about food and what he does - and it clearly shows in the incredible presentation and education of our dinner with him.

Chef Rocco did an amazing job of cooking a private dinner for our anniversary! It was great to work with him - I had a rough idea of the types of dishes I wanted and he put it all together to make a delightful meal. He was very flexible and responsive to our preferences - for example putting together a low-gluten gnocci option, as well as a decaf tiramisu - which was the best tiramisu we've ever had! I especially liked the smoked salmon appetizers, the prosciuotto wrapped pears were delicious, enjoyed the yummy gnocci texture, and best of all was the tiramisu for dessert! He was also a friendly conversationalist, put together a nice food option for our baby, and did a thorough cleanup after finishing! Altogether a perfect anniversary!

I always look forward to introduce new foodies in my passionate followers list, I usually like to talk to people and understand what's their likes/dislikes, budget for the event, preferences and allergies to make sure I can definitely customize things and make everyone happier.

Constantly updating my knowledge, techniques and skills. Reading a lot and keep in touch with other great professionals around the World. Obtained a professional Diploma almost 20 years ago and never stop cooking since.
