- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to connect with the organizer prior to hear what the event's all about, who the audience is, and what the goals are. That helps me curtail my messaging so it's relatable. Then I like to meet again closer to the event to review any changes, and validate the messaging I've developed resonates.
