My kitchen hot water and dishwasher would suddenly stop after being on for a minute. I thought it was a tricky problem. I called them for help and they showed up in less than an hour. Then they fixed the problem in 3 minutes - it was a valve being not all the way open. They didn't charge me anything and was friendly and professional through the whole session. Would definitely call them again for any plumbing work.
