Sal was awesome! I sent my request on Tuesday and he replied very quickly. He came by Wednesday and had everything fixed by Thursday — super fast! He removed my garbage disposal, replaced it with regular pipes, and even cleared out my really clogged pipe. The whole process was smooth, hassle-free, and he explained everything along the way. I reached out to Sal at 9:00 AM, and he was at my place by 10:00 AM , talk about responsiveness! Not only did he pick up all the parts I needed from Home Depot, but he also installed both a bidet sprayer and a brand-new tub spout (including the diverter). Everything was done flawlessly and within just about 2.5 hours. The quality of his work was excellent, and he took the time to make sure everything was working perfectly before wrapping up. My kitchen hot water and dishwasher would suddenly stop after being on for a minute. I thought it was a tricky problem. I called them for help and they showed up in less than an hour. Then they fixed the problem in 3 minutes - it was a valve being not all the way open. They didn't charge me anything and was friendly and professional through the whole session.
