They called an hour before the appointment and asked if they could have the tech arrive an hour later. I said okay. I appreciated the heads up. The tech left the appointment without being able to solve the issue in the moment. He offered to return the following day to assist. The owner/head technician contacted me after the tech left the appoint and said he had the part, could install it tonight, and would be there in 20-30 minutes. The owner/head technician arrived, was professional, calm, and explained the issue, what steps he would be taking, and kept me updated on the work. He also noticed that the breaker box had an improper breaker switch; he said he knew the right part and would return in a few days to fix with the extra breaker switch at no charge. Appreciated the communication, kindness of both techs, and the solid work the lead technician did to solve the issue."See more

They repaired the problem and restored my lighting. While inspecting my electrical system, they also found a safety concern with how my HVAC was connected and explained that it was not properly protected by a breaker. Since my old panel did not have enough space to correct the issue safely, they replaced the panel with a new one that provides protection and room for future electrical needs."See more
