They arrived on time, and were well groomed. The work they did per my direction was fine (hanging of three mirrors). I found it very challenging to communicate because they do not speak ANY English, only Russian. The other difficult thing was that what I was quoted on the phone (by a woman who makes their appointments and speaks English), was around $100 less than what they told me when they finished the job. They contacted the woman who said she had quoted me the higher amount.

His team were very detailed and precise and repaired my patio from the most recent storm. Edgar pointed out a few things I hadn't noticed and fixed them while they were building.
