- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The minimum cost of a service call is equivalent to the cost of two hours of work. In some cases, I can offer a discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I discuss all the details with the client in advance, and if everything is agreed upon, we schedule a date and time that is convenient for the customer. In some cases, when the job is complex or involves multiple tasks, I offer a free visit to assess the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have extensive experience working in the construction industry abroad.
