Wendy quoted me a price of $125 to clean my house. When she got here she doubled the price. I couldn't afford that so I told her to clean the floors and bathrooms. Both upstairs and downstairs she vacuumed only the middle of my carpet. This is what my roomba does. She did not pull out the magazine rack, waste basket or table to vacuum around my recliner chair where there was a dead bug and crumbs. My white window sills are floor level but she did not vacuum up dead ants. In my living room she did not vacuum under my glass coffee table. The roomba tracks were still there after she left. In the bathroom I pulled out the shower curtain to find a dead spider and other dirt. I am 82 years old and have fractures in my spine and I was furious that I had to do the hard work that I thought I paid for. I felt that for $120 I had been scammed. I will not be using Wendy or Thumbtack in the future.

When you sent me the information of your house, you only put one room and two bathrooms! but when you arrive you have two floors !!!! up two bathrooms two rooms, living room, labanderia his art room! down bathroom kitchen dining room! , I could not clean your entire house for $ 125 !!! I respect you, it's unfortunate that you complain, when I said I can not do it for that amount but if for $ 250, your house nobody cleans it because their toilets were black with dirt !!! and I told him I would do for $ 125 vaccum vans and floors for that amount! and you accept I did not tell him that he would clean everything dirty from his tables !! The next time you needs to meet with the cleaners before they give a price!! Have great day!!
