I had a really good experience working with Dima.I trained with him for almost 9 months. He is friendly, punctual and know all the nuances of strength training. He used to explain my doubt again and again without getting irritated. I gained strength a lot and proper form in squats and deadlifts. I would suggest to keep measuring your progress strictly to make quicker progress. I didn't measure my progress consistently so I didn't gain the enough muscle Mass or the body that I was expecting after 9 months of personal training. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I charge $85 per hour session. I give a one time first purchase discount of $5 per session if a new client purchases 10 or more sessions at once.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I set up an in person consultation to discuss the person's goals. We go over their injury history, diet, and what they are currently doing in their routine. I then take them through movement assessments to see their experience level and if they require any corrective exercises/stretches to move better and avoid injury.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist. I am also a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certified Coach.
