Introduction: Hi, nice to meet you! My name is Dima Rumanov. I am a private personal trainer in Mountain View. I specialize in fat loss, muscle and strength gain, and can help improve your mobility. I offer in person training at $150 per hour session that includes help with both your diet and workout program that I customize for your goals. For both options, I give specific macronutrient targets and meal reccomendations based on your goals and adjust accordingly with how you and your body are responding. I attached a picture of me after 7.5 years of natural training to show that I have walked the walk with regards to fitness and know what it takes to transform ones body and mind. Hands down the best personal trainer I worked with. Very approachable and an open book when it comes to fitness - listens to your questions and personalizes the workout for you needs. I highly recommend Dima as a personal trainer. I have been training with him for a while and am very happy with the results. He observed the areas that needed work and put together a well balanced exercise program that I can do each week. He makes sure that I make progress each week and makes adjustments as needed. I started training with Dima in early January 2021, and am still working with him as we speak. To date, I have lost 22 lbs between workouts with Dima but most importantly my diet. Dima helped me create a strong meal plan for myself that really feels like a manageable and realistic eating style. Additionally, I feel my strength has significantly improved. Dima is AWESOME! Quarantine made me very lethargic and I wanted to take control of my health and fitness. I reached out to Dima with my history and what I wish to accomplish in the long term. Dima was very responsive and paid attention to how my body was responding to the exercises. He gave out home exercises and diet to follow. Also recommended food options according to my liking. In the past 3 weeks of training with him, I definitely see an improvement in my energy level. He is very detailed oriented and his methods really work. I don’t feel worn out after the training day instead I keep looking forward to the next session. I would highly recommend Dima.

I have truly enjoyed training under Dima! I feel like he has a real talent and intuition for finding the optimal workout strategy (what exercises, weights, #reps, on which days to do them, etc). My body feels really good, I keep going up and up in lifting weight, I have been having much better posture and I'm even starting to loose some pounds. I recommend Dima extremely highly!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I charge $150 per hour session. I give a one time first purchase discount of $5 per session if a new client purchases 10 or more sessions at once.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I set up an in person consultation to discuss the person's goals. We go over their injury history, diet, and what they are currently doing in their routine. I then take them through movement assessments to see their experience level and if they require any corrective exercises/stretches to move better and avoid injury.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist. I am also a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certified Coach.
