Uday is everything i needed in a personal trainer. Right off the bat, he understood my goals, diet preference & has been tweaking my training program to meet our goals. Udai is great! This is my first time with a trainer and I wasn't sure what to expect. I am so glad I found him. Within a month I started to see some great results. Losing weight, more toned body and above all feeling great all around. Udai has a great regiment and technique. Each time I feel I get a full body workout. He makes the session engaging, interactive, and fun and the hour just flies by. I highly recommend Udai.
