- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All our pricing is customized to the individual needs of the owner and pet. We do offer discounts for recurring types of services as well as for long-term service needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start every new pet owner off with a free initial meet-and-greet, so we can understand fully the service requirements and make sure that the pet and owner know exactly who will be caring for the pets. This ensures a really great fit from both sides of the service!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We belong to a number of professional pet societies and local rescue / pet support groups that focus on continuing education and training. The safety and health of all our clients, their pets, our pet sitters and dog walkers is a priority for us. To help prevent the spread of disease like COVID-19, and to reduce the potential for exposure, we monitor and adhere to current CDC as well as local requirements in our interactions with pets and pet parents.
