The thing that I appreciate most about Debi is her enthusiasm for helping others. Her energy as a therapist is amazing! She listens to what I say and discusses things in such a way to give me a deeper understanding of myself. Debi helped me move towards my goals and clear old "baggage" holding me back. While she is very compassionate, she has helped me gain clarity through my natural wisdom with honest non-judgmental feedback. This has given me much peace and a better understanding of my life. This is something that you can't put a price on. What a great massage therapist does for your body, Debi does for your mind and soul.

Dania March is in your corner. She uses her extensive therapeutic training to help you find and sustain your motivation to create lasting changes and transform your life. She sees the emotional underpinnings that can create barriers to progress, as well as the passions that can fuel progress. She connects the dots in real time and asks the right questions to help you see your patterns for yourself. And she does it all while helping you optimize your closet. It's incredibly powerful to talk and do at the same time, and uncover in the moment the habitual thoughts that kept you from doing in the first place. Dania is clear and compassionate, and she's a deeply skilled coach.

I started rediscovering myself when I discovered Andri. I called for her help two years ago when I was feeling lost and unsure about my career and life purpose. Her unique coaching method and healing process were invaluable and exactly what I needed on the movement forward. I gave her my full trust and in return I got priceless information about myself and my world, whom she turned upside down with her grounded, positive and inspiring counseling. I am now a happy freelancer moving closer to fulfilling my dreams and I thank her for that! Shes not just a life coach for me any more she is a coach for a lifetime and I know I cannot recommend her enough!

Tony was awesome! A massage therapist who works for us could not make an appointment. So I was frantically searching for someone to cover. Tony was able to take the appointment within the hour and was professional and skilled during the massage. He received the best rating!

I was Sebastian's client for 8 years. I have not worked with him for 5 years now but will gladly do so again when necessary. Sebastian's practice centers around authenticity. He works with you to develop an understanding of your authentic experiences and feelings and helps you to evolve this into a healthy, vibrant framework from which you can approach the world in a confident and loving manner instead of in a fearful and reactive one. Your problems don't go away but you become better equipped to face them as well as the greater challenges to come, rather than hiding in addiction, fantasy, or denial. While ultimately satisfying this is not easy work. Sebastian approaches the process with tremendous love and compassion but also favors pushing and encouraging you to move forward rather than coddling you. He also leans more toward the Humanistic school of psychology rather than the classical one which means that he will bring in his own personal experiences as part of the process, discussion, and frame of reference. This can be enormously beneficial but may not work for everybody. It worked for me because our background and trauma were similar and as a result I was able to trust the process based on example rather than theory. A balancing act is inevitably required when the Therapist brings his/her personal experiences into the process. How much of this is relevant, helpful, or appropriate? Sebastian is a willing collaborator in this balancing act and is open to hearing if you think it is too much or you would prefer a more neutral approach. Collaborating on that balancing act was also great practice for me to define and hold boundaries. Sebastian also practices Trans Personal psychology which means that the work you do with him extends beyond your individual identify and experience and embraces spiritual, and cosmic dimensions. It is my personal conviction that any healing practice be in therapy, 12-step program, or personal development will by nature have to encompass a spiritual element. There is no healing within the individual mind at all for the simple reason that it's resources are limited and it's context inadequate. Other things I like about Sebastian is that he has heart and he has a sense of humor. He is also a flawed human being and fortunately will not try to hide behind a veneer of spiritual tidiness. Though Sebastian worked well for me and many others, he is not for everybody. Check in with yourself about what approach feels safest and most appropriate for you. Hopefully this review helps, whichever direction you choose.

Diana is an incredibly warm, empathic, playful, and nonjudgmental therapist. She really accepts you as you are and whole heartedly wants to make changes with you. I am always impressed by her ability to make sense of things and reflect it back to me in an alternative way. She has opened my eyes to so many patterns and defenses I have, and has done it in a way that felt kind and safe. I would really recommend her to anyone I know.

The biggest benefit I get from Kip is knowing I have a scheduled, recurring time each week to work on my mental health. It's easy to get lost in the madness of the work week and avoid spending time on personal growth. Kip gives me something to anchor to no matter what's going on at work, I have my Kip appointment to look forward to and hold onto as a constant in my life. My productivity has definitely improved on the job; my mind is much more focused as I work on my mental health with my Kip therapist on a weekly basis. It's the mental equivalent of going to the gym on a routine basis; it feels good doing that for myself, and that positivity comes through in my work.

This is an amazing service, as finding a therapist is one of the most difficult things. It was great to have the choice of therapists that were preselected for me and I am happy to say I have found the one for me.

Grace Pacheco is an amazing therapist. My partner and I had been rather "stuck" for nearly six months. We were not unhappy, but we were not happy either. Through her premarital survey, my partner and I were able to see more clearly areas that could benefit from growth but also areas in which we excelled. She gave us affirmation that we needed to keep feeling like our choice to be together was a positive decision and also gave us hope; hope that with minor changes (mostly broadening our empathy and understanding for one another) we had the potential to be in an even better place than before. Because of Grace's excellent help, both my partner and I gained the confidence to share feelings we had been hesitant to share for the six years we have been together because Grace showed us that it was not about sparing each other's feelings. She helped us realize that by remaining silent, the feelings would only muster up resentment and multiply to larger issues. Grace aided us in highlighting our strengths to explain how and why it is we've gotten so far in our relationship. In summary, Grace is an amazing, honest, and energetic therapist. She does not pretend to be beyond her expertise and always told us if she felt something was beyond her scope. She treated us with dignity, respect, and positive worth. We were not just "clients", we were really people with legitimate obstacles. My favorite characteristic about Grace..... She's validating. She did not feed us the "things could be worse" line. She highlighted that everyone has different lows, but that does not take away from it being YOUR low. She made us feel important and individual. I will forever value her for how I was treated and how she helped me with my partner. Amazing Grace, thank you.

About

I work with people who would like to improve their relationships, who may have issues with food or substance abuse, or want to get free from a painful past. In addition, I love working with young adults as they are setting about establishing themselves as separate, yet connected with their family of origin. Also, I enjoy working with therapy interns and beginning therapists. It's very gratifying for me to see them grow professionally. I service the Walnut Creek area.
