Jarod did an wonderful job cleaning up my computer giving me more storage space . I am not computer savvy and he was extremely patient and explained each step as he went along. I also felt comfortable asking " dumb" questions and did not feel judged by my lack of computer experience . I would highly recommend him and will use him again.

OUTSTANDING! Definitely 5 Stars. This was the first time I have used Jerod. I have used IT repair people in 3 different states and none were as good as Jerod. With 2 desktops, 2 new printers and a recent installation of Windows 10 I had a list of various issues for Jerod to work on. He worked through and solved each issue. Jarod is professional and knows computers. And as one other reviewer said, he was patient - very important to those of us who are not computer knowledgeable. I will definitely use Jarod again and I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a computer repair person..

When I explained my problem to Mr. Farnsworth, he said he had not run across that situation before. Nevertheless, within five minutes he had solved the problem. A technician from another company had failed to solve the problem and charged me five times as much.

I would definitely give Jarod a 5 out of 5. He did some work on my laptop quickly and professionally. Pleasure to work with! The price was so reasonable, and he even picked up and dropped off the laptop back to my house. My laptop is good as new. Thanks Jarod!
