After having been with another (big) pest control company for 5 years, then experiencing what was the worst customer service twice in one week, we did an online search and immediately came in contact with Chase Jenson from Bull's Eye Pest Control. Within a half-hour, a technician, Michael Arnold, from Bull's Eye arrived and performed the service that we had been waiting 3 hours (this re-scheduled time) for the other company (who shall remain nameless) to do. Michael was very polite and professional, even that late in the evening. I especially appreciated the fact that he wore shoe covers as he completed the treatments inside our house. Thank goodness for Bull's Eye and their excellent service! Although the evening started off frustrating with the extreme lack of customer service and professionalism from that other pest control company, it ended on a positive note. Glad to be doing business with Bull's Eye Pest Control!
