- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple! 1: CALL OR EMAIL US: Send details about your project or ideas for your space. 2: PRICING: If the project is simple, we can quote an accurate price for you remotely, if your project is larger or more complex, we will complete a site visit to measure and give you a price for your project. 3: SCHEDULING: We will present a proposal invoice with an initial deposit payment amount, once paid we add you to our schedule at the soonest available date that works for you and order your materials. 4: INSTALL: We arrive on time and ready to complete your installation. 5: COMPLETION: We stand by our meticulous professional work, your satisfaction is necessary for us to consider your job complete!
