Introduction: I am a Murrieta based trainer and nutritionist who got my start by losing 200 pounds on my own and keeping it off over the last 8 years. I traded in my job as a systems analyst for the most rewarding work ever, helping people discover just how powerful it feels to be in control of your body and truly healthy and happy! From exercise and nutritional guidance to accountability and motivation, I will help you jump-start your life and your spirit! I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Spin instructor, a Certified Nutritionist and a Level 1 Kettlebell Sport Coach. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and am about to start working on my Master's of Science in Health and Nutrition. I also worked as a Personal Chef for five years, but now use those skills to teach my clients how to make delicious, quick, healthy meals for themselves and their families. So whether it's knowledge, personal training, a workout routine to do at your own gym, small group classes, a meal plan, a kitchen makeover, cooking lessons, or whatever you need to help you attain your goals, I've got you covered! During our initial consultation, we will discuss your health challenges, desired outcomes, and overall goals. Then we will set regular appointments to discuss progress and modifications. Please remember, a nutritionist is not a doctor; therefore, we do not diagnose diseases, nor do we treat symptoms. I am trained to evaluate your nutritional needs and make recommendations for dietary changes and nutritional supplements. I had the pleasure of taking my very first boot camp with Jen in 2009. She was also my first Spin instructor. Jen is enthusiastic, motivational, positive, and knows her stuff!! From her paleo lifestyle, to cooking, to exercising, I trust in everything she has to offer!! In 2010, she offered a free Paleo class in her home. This was before the Paleo diet was as popular as it is today. She was organized, informative, was able to answer all questions, and again, extremely motivational. I also took one of her cooking classes. Again, in her home. I believe that was in 2011. To this day, I still use the skills and "secrets" she taught me that day. Jen does everything with a smile! We hired her to come out to Julian when my three coworkers and I had a team building outing! She came out and did an hour work out with us, and gave us another Paleo inspired lesson!! Even though it's been over 2 years since I've seen Jen, I continually go on her Facebook and Moxie page for tips, general motivation, and just to see how she is doing! I find Jen to be one of the most genuine, honest, hard working, women I have ever met. If I had to point out what could be better, I would have to say I wish she'd move closer to me! I miss being able to drive 5 minutes away to take one of her classes. She is now over an hour away from me, and I think of her often, and am so happy to give another testimonial of how much I have appreciated her in the past!! Love her!!

I received online coaching from Jen via Facebook. Her enthusiasm, depth of knowledge, compassion, and personal experience are absolutely inspiring! A great coach, and one I'd absolutely seek out for face to face coaching if geography allowed.

I have nothing but good things to say about Jen. I have taken group exercise classes with her, done personal training, and taken cooking classes from her. She is always positive and so motivating. I would highly recommend her!!

I love Jen's workouts because of the variety. They are never boring or repetitive. She is also very good at making modifications for injuries or other problems. Fun workouts!

Jen is great. She helped me drop the pounds and get strong. I love her classes, never the same class always mixing it up so I never got bored. Also giving great advice on health and nutrition along the way.
